Before you travel

Share enough information for the team to route your care correctly.

01

Describe the care you need

Tell the Case team about your symptoms, diagnosis, requested specialty and preferred travel dates so they can help identify the appropriate appointment pathway.

02

Send relevant medical records

Prepare referral letters, recent test results, imaging reports, medication lists and other records that may help the clinical team understand your history.

03

Confirm practical arrangements

Before booking travel, confirm your appointment, location, expected documentation, insurance requirements and any other arrangements directly with Case.

At your appointment

Keep your records and travel documents together.

Bring your passport or other identification, medical records and insurance documentation. If your care involves several specialties or tests, ask the team to explain the sequence of appointments and follow-up steps.

  • Confirm the exact Case location before travelling to your appointment.
  • Bring medicines in their original packaging where practical.
  • Keep copies of reports, prescriptions and discharge or follow-up instructions you receive.
  • Check visa, travel and vaccination requirements with the relevant authorities before travel.
