Healthcare services, clinician schedules, clinic hours, prices, insurer arrangements and other operational information can change. If information is important to a treatment, travel, payment or insurance decision, confirm it directly with Case Hospital or the relevant Case clinic before relying on it.

Health information on this website is intended for general education. It is not an individual diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan and does not replace an assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Emergencies
Do not rely on website forms, email, social media or WhatsApp for a medical emergency. If you believe you or another person needs urgent medical care, call Case Hospital and its clinics on 0800 211 005, attend the nearest appropriate emergency facility, or use the emergency services available in your location.
Appointments and clinician availability
Submitting an appointment request does not by itself confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when Case Hospital or the relevant Case clinic communicates confirmation. Clinician schedules and service availability may change because of clinical duties, emergencies, leave, facility operations or other circumstances.
The website lists clinicians and services that have been verified as available within the Case Hospital and clinic network at publication. Availability can change because of clinical duties, emergencies, leave, staffing or facility operations. Contact Case Hospital or the relevant Case clinic if you need to reconfirm a particular clinician, location or service before travelling.
Prices, estimates and online transactions
Where a price or cost estimate is shown, the date and scope of the price are stated. Clinical needs, investigations, medicines, procedures, length of stay and other circumstances may affect the final cost of care. Unless expressly stated otherwise, an online estimate is not a guarantee of the final amount payable.
Where Case Hospital and its clinics allow a service to be purchased or paid for electronically, the applicable price, payment conditions, cancellation or refund terms and transaction-specific conditions are presented before you complete the transaction.
Case Med Insurance information
Website information about Case Med Insurance is a summary and is not a replacement for the applicable membership, policy, benefit or provider-network documents. Eligibility, benefits, exclusions, limits, waiting periods, pre-authorisation requirements, provider networks and other contractual terms are governed by the documents applicable to the product.
Where a website summary conflicts with the governing insurance or membership document, the governing document applies to the extent permitted by law.
Email, WhatsApp and social media
Case Hospital and its clinics may make email, telephone, social-media and WhatsApp channels available for convenience. These channels are not appropriate for emergencies. Avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive health information through an unsecured or third-party messaging channel. External platforms operate under their own privacy and security practices.
Third-party links and embedded content
The website may link to or display services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps. A link does not mean that Case Hospital and its clinics control all content, availability, security or privacy practices of the third-party service.
