Sport, leadership and a belief in strong institutions.
Sport has been part of Dr. Sebbaale’s life since school. He played cricket for Uganda, captained teams at school and university, later chaired the Uganda Cricket Association and served as Cricket Development Director for Africa. In later years, golf, swimming and jogging became an important part of how he stayed active while leading Case.
The same themes appear throughout his work in medicine, business and sport: discipline, responsibility, strong institutions and the patience to build structures that can continue working long after one person steps away.
